SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States only. Your order ships from our US warehouse.

Estimated delivery time: 3-8 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a little time for the tracking to update after you receive it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us at daphne@daphne.com.mx as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
