RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at daphne@daphne.com.mx with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps. Please do not send any item back before contacting us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or card company, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at daphne@daphne.com.mx.
